At Adversary Apparel, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.

1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• All original tags and packaging must be intact.
• Items must be free from odours, marks, or signs of wear.
Final-sale or personalised items cannot be returned.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as returns sent without approval may not be processed.

3. Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• We recommend using a tracked or insured service. Adversary Apparel is not responsible for lost or damaged return parcels.
There is no restocking fee for approved returns.

4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. You may return your item for a refund and place a new order for the desired size or product.
