Shipping Policy — Adversary Apparel

Thank you for shopping with Adversary Apparel. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver orders within the United Kingdom.



1. Order Processing Time


All orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding bank holidays).

    •    Processing time: 1–3 working days


You will receive an order confirmation email when your purchase is placed and a dispatch notification once your order has been shipped.



2. UK Shipping Only


We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.


Orders are delivered using trusted UK couriers such as Royal Mail, Evri, or DPD depending on parcel size and destination.


Estimated delivery times:

    •    Standard Delivery: 2–5 working days

    •    Express Delivery (if available): 1–2 working days


Delivery time begins once the order has been dispatched.



3. Shipping Costs


Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

    •    Delivery method

    •    Parcel weight and size


Any active free-shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on our website when offered.



4. Tracking Your Order


Most UK shipments include tracking.

You will receive tracking information in your dispatch email once your parcel has left our facility.



5. Missed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses


Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing checkout.

    •    If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or missed delivery attempts, the customer may be required to pay additional postage for the item to be resent.

    •    We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.



6. Lost or Delayed Parcels


If your order appears delayed or lost:

    1.    Check your tracking information

    2.    Contact the courier directly

    3.    If the issue remains unresolved, email us at info@adversary-apparel.co.uk


We will open an investigation with the courier on your behalf. Courier investigations can take up to 10 working days.



7. Deliveries Marked as ‘Delivered’


If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you have not received it:

    •    Check with neighbours or safe-place locations

    •    Contact the courier

    •    Then notify us at info@adversary-apparel.co.uk


We will assist wherever possible, but we cannot issue refunds for orders marked as delivered unless the courier confirms a delivery error.
